A villa immersed in the green and tranquil Tuscan countryside only 200 meters from the medieval village of Radicondoli. This beautiful town offers all the essential services (doctors, pharmacy, butchers, hairdressers, corner shops, restaurants, bars and a tourist information center) also reachable within 4 minutes by foot, nestled just outside of the main tourist areas but still in the beautiful region of Tuscany:

A unique view, whilst enjoying this you can relax and pour yourself a drink on the terrace overlooking the panoramic views of the sun setting over the tuscan hill tops, and also catch a glimpse of the medieval tower of San Gimignano in the distance.

The villa offers a private garden with a barbecue with two tables where you enjoy a typical Italian meal, private pool with an outside shower, sunbeds and umbrellas. Inside also offers wi-fi.

The villa used to be an old stable but was renovated in the 80’s, and therefore some of the unique structure still remains. The villa is divided into 2 floors where all windows are equipped with mosquito nets that can be opened: ground floor: kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, juicer, Blender, electric oven), living-room (satellite tv, dvd, cd, electric fan, 80 books) bathroom (washing machine and dryer) Room 2 beds (iron and ironing board).

On the second floor there is a double bedroom and a small bathroom with wc and washbasin.

Can accommodate babies (Cot and highchair) and pets are also welcome.

Prices

Prices include water, electricity and cooking gas , linen and weekly change of linen, final cleaning and welcome pack.

The prices do not include pets € 50 per week , heating , change of linen € 12 per person , not including cleaning € 15 / h , pool towels € 5 per person , babysitter € 15 / h

Covid-19

As a Villa country house with a private garden and pool, our structure has the ability to avoid contact with staff as much as possible, except for cleaning and maintenance of the pool. However, these are carried out at times when the guests do not come into contact with the staff. On request, you can check in without contacting the staff.

We would like to inform you that we pay even more attention to the hygiene of the structure to protect our guests, the protocols and guidelines of the authorities are followed (products based on sodium hypochlorite or ethanol, as far as possible, use of disposable material, etc.). We have opted for an increased disinfection of the air and the surfaces by means of OZON disinfection devices.
